The Chef and family opened their first US restaurant in May 2002 in the city of Fontana, CA and then branched off to open their second restaurant in March of 2012 in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and finally in July 2018 opened their last physical restaurant in Rosarito Beach Baja California. And since the 2020 Pandemic, the family decided to concentrate in delivering winning delicious food with superb service to events and large corporate groups.
From Chef Rosa to Chef Faride both award winning culinary masters and the entire family has been serving both quality interpretations of classic authentic dishes and daring new ideas and creations for over 3 decades.

One of her crowning achievements is CajunMex, a groundbreaking fusion recipe born in Baja California and perfected in the vibrant beach town of Rosarito.
